Scouting Report
Brock Lesnar
Great in ring skill
Horrible Mic skill
Brock signed with WWE in 2000 the same year that he won the NCAA Heavyweight Wrestling Championship. After college he signed the contract with WWE and went to OVW to begin training originally Brock was in a Tag Team known as the Minnesota Wrecking Crew with Shelton Benjamin. The team was a successful team in OVW winning the tag titles 3 times and had a big role in OVW until they broke up which happened when Brock got called up and Shelton didn't. Prior to the call up Brock had been wrestling dark matches throughout 2001 & 2002. But then it all changed the night after Wrestlemania 18 because on March 18 2002 Brock Lesnar debuted on RAW during a Hardcore title match. His debut shocked the WWE because of who he had with him it was recently "fired" Announcer Paul Hayman. Brock's first match was on Backlash live on PPV he fought Jeff Hardy and squashed him winning by KO & did the same thing to Matt the next night on RAW. Brock continued to make a name for himself until the KOTR of that year when after that night his stock to height never reached by a Rookie.
I say that because Brock won King of the Ring and thus got a World title shot at Summerslam in August. On July 22nd Brock joined the Smackdown Brand where he would stay for the remainder of his WWE career and their began feuding with Hulk Hogan. Moving on to August at Summerslam Brock faced The Rock for the WWE title and won thus becoming the youngest World champion ever. After winning the World title he became exclusive to Smackdown and soon after began a feud with Undertaker. Which in my opinion was one of the better feuds WWE has done in the last few years & produced one of the better Hell in a Cell matches ever. His next feud was with Big Show, this feud saw Brock F-5 the 500 plus pounder many times but also suffer his first lose in WWE to Show. The loss happened at Survivor Series 2002 when Show beat Brock for the title after Paul Hayman turned on Brock and went with Show. This continued the feud with Brock and Show later added Angle the fans didnt know but they were on the road to one of the best Mania matches of all time. Brock vs Show feud ended at Royal Rumble 2003 where he beat Show to get into the Rumble which he won. Then went on to face Angle at Mania which was one of the best Wrestlemania matches ever in my opinion. Over the next year Brock engaged in feuds with Angle, Show, Vince, Spanky, Cena, Goewen, etc. He also held the WWE title two more times both times beating Angle for the belt and having one of the best matches in Smackdown history to win his 3rd World title.
But then things started changing in early 2004 he began to feud with Goldberg after feuding with Bob Holly. Both men cost each other a title, Brock did it to Goldberg at the Rumble & Goldberg did it to Brock at No Way Out. This lead to a match between the two at Wrestlemania 20 it was special because rumors had been running wild that both men were leaving and they did. Brock left for the NFL but that didn't work so a few months later went to NJPW and became IWGP world champion. After he left NJPW in 2007 he went to the UFC and stayed till 2011 winning two world titles then in late 2011 he retired from UFC.
Then on April 2 2012 Brock Lesnar returned to the WWE for the first time in 8 years attacking John Cena. Since then he has been an Ass Kicker and it has been nice seeing him back.
