This day in Westling History

today was the day that hardcore wrestling fans moved into a new generation, a hardcore generation ran by CZW Combat Zone Wrestling. It was the inagrual Tournament of Death from Dover, Deleware this day 9 years ago. For those that have know idea what i am talking about the Tournament of Death is a one day tournament of the most hardcore wrestlers in the world competing for a trophy & rights to be called Tournament of Death Champion. Some matches featured are Bared Wire Boards, Panes of Glass, Staple Guns & Mouse Traps, 200 Light Tubes/Barbed Wire/slat, & wooden strips with nails in them all these were match types for this tournament. This show started with a barbed wire boards match between Zandig & Nate Hared and Zandig won it wasnt a tournament match though. The tournament started with Wifebeater vs Necro Butcher in a falls count anywhere "Staple Gun & Mousetraps match it was won by wifebeater. Then Nick Mondo fought XPW Talent Homeless Jimmy in a wepons match

Project or Projection

Over the past couple of months dirtsheets have been reporting that former WCW employee & ex Hollywood director Jeff Katz is making his own Wrestling company. The Wrestling Revolution project will be unlike anything before it because it will tape a full season in one week then use Hulu, Netfelx, & DVDs to make his product known. Jeff was the an Internet writer for WCW when he was 16 in the later years of WCW around 1999-2000 & he was also one of the driving forces behind the Freddy vs Jason movies so after WCW he was a success (for all this info and more consult Chris Jericho Undisputed). Jeff has gotten the likes of Ken Doane (aka Kenny Dykstra), Colt Cabana, Dr. Luther, Kenny Omega, MVP, & Alex Reynolds are apart of it so far but more will be added as the taping draws nearer. The season starts in October which when he tapes the full thing an then added to the places i made note of before. This like Resistance Pro & Mid West Wrestling will add different flavors to t

The Monday Night Wars the best time to be a wrestling fan in other than the 1980's, difference is that this time WWF has competition the WCW who is about to start the climb. Now that WCW had a show they could compete with WWF which they did starting from the first show which i covered last time. Bischoff though the lead guy was also the lead announcer for the first few years of Nitro with Bobby Hennan & Steve McMichael. Eric also used dirty tatics do get the viewers which would comeback to bite him in the future some of the tatics were, giving away the results to Raw & having Aludra Blazye the then WWF Womens Champion dump the title in the trash on LIVE tv. The tide began to turn in May of 1996 when who else but Razor Ramon (aka Scott Hall) on WCW programing & this was before the internet so nobody knew why he was their. 2 weeks later one of his associates showed up his good friend and ex WWF Champion Kevin Nash an they both are getting a large amount of cash money &

today is a landmark day in the history of WWE ppv's as this day 23 years ago the biggest party of the summer was born which is better known as SummerSlam. This show began with the British Bulldogs vs The Fabuolus Rougeau's the match end in a 20 minute draw neither team winning. Another big match was Honky Tonk Man defending his IC title which at that point he held for a record amount of time he fought Ultimate Warrior. The Warrior won in 30 seconds ending his regin just like that, in the blink of an eye. Also defending their championships during their record breaking regin are Demolition vs Hart Foundation & demolition won retaning the belts. The Main Event had great hype & serious title ramifications as Andre The Giant & Ted Dibiase (Million Dollar Corp) vs the Mega Powers (Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage). This had feuds still going from Wresltmania of that year as Macho beat Ted in the finals for in the world title tournament. But Andre & Hulk had been feuding

I am well aware that i just did one on this company yesterday but with them landmark night happend back to back. I am of course talking about ECW & that today 17 years ago was the birth of Extreme. That night was originally a one night tournament to determine the new NWA world champion after the WCW cut tie late last year. That was the plan until vice president Dennis Corluzzo took to a radio show and bashed the winner of the tournament Shane Douglas. It was then that franchise agreed to do what paul hayman wanted to do & that was throw down the NWA title and proclaim the ECW title as the title. Shane's tournament went like this he beat The Tazmanaic first round (aka Taz), deafeated Dean Malenko in the 2nd round & beat Too Cold Scorpio in the finals for the gold. After the final match he cut this promo: "In the tradition of Lou Thesz, in the tradition of Jack Brisco of the Brisco Brothers, of Dory Funk Jr., of Terry Funk-- the man who will never die. today was a landmark night for one of the big 3 during the attitude era as the smallest one ECW finally got a national TV deal with TNN. The show was only an hour and was from the Lost Batallion Hall in Queens, NY. The show began with Super Crazy vs Rhino which at that point was in the early stages of the feud they had Crazy won after 5:00 minutes. The next match saw one of the biggest feuds in wrestling during that time come to a head & it was great seeing Mike Awsome lock up with Masato Tanaka, it was good for masato cause he won. The Main Event invovled two guys that have probably better chemistry than any other two people in the business i am taking about Rob Van Dam vs Jerry Lynn for the ECW TV belt. This match went to a time limit draw but also during it jerry hit his head on the floor and kept going show what they would do to make the first show great. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pU3r_Z3ZUM  srry its not their meeting that night its Hardcore Heaven 99 either way its stil

Resistance to Change

For those who dont know Smashing Pumpkins band member & avid wrestling fan Billy Corgan will be starting up his own wrestling company. As in the past Corgan has participated in angles with the ECW against Lou E Dangerously & also made appearances for the AAW over the past couple of years. It turns out that Corgan will not own the company but will be executive producer of it like he decides all the angles, what direction the show goes in, stuff like that. The company name is Resistance Pro, more information will be announced at the WizardWorld convention the date is unknown to me but i am sure you find out & find it. To go along with corgan i found out yesterday that Scott Levy aka Raven will be a writer or an agent for the comapny. As well two of the that i know off the top of my head are Teddy Hart & recently released WWE star Harry Smith. Also 3 guys that slip my mind but i know they are less known talents that have not made it big. The only way to know what this comp

This day 7 years ago the WWE changed for ever as the someone new had made it to the main event sence and would change for ever. His name was Brock Lesnar who had just defeated Rock at Summerslam to win the title and become the quickets person to win the title. Brock held the title until Survivor Series of that year losing to the big show but then not winning it again until he beat Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania 19. Leading into Wrestlemania Brock won the Royal Rumble last elminating the Undertaker to get the shot at mania. Brock & Angle trade title wins until September when Brock won and ended the feud between them as they would not fight for 4 years one on one. Brock's last regin as champion ended at No Way Out 2004 losing the title to Eddie Guerrero and after interfrence from Goldberg. Most knew that after what they saw happen Goldberg vs Brock Wrestlemania was going to happen since it was hyped from the Royal Rumble. It did happen and it was both men last match in WWE as they we

Today is both sad day for some but a happy day for many as this day 66 years in a small town in North Carolina a person who would revolutionize the wrestling business was born named Vincent K McMahon. Vince was brought up in the business by his father Vincent Jess McMahon as he was the promoter in the Northeast for the WWWF (World Wide Wrestling Federation) which began in 1963. He started in the company as an announcer until around the early 80's when Vince's dad started letting Vince make the shows. When Vince. Sr was ready to sell the company as his life was coming to an end but first he had to talk his son out of an in ring career to promote & keep his company going. So in 1983 Vince began his term in running the WWWF which he changed to the WWF after merging it with Titan Towers. It was also around now that Vince started stealing top stars from the territories like Roddy Piper, Andre The Giant, Jesse Ventura, Jimmy Sunka, Iron Sheik, Ricky Steamboat, Greg Valentine, Don

They had their only championship regin in 08 winning the tag belts in a 4 way match at the Great American Bash. Shortly after winning the belt they lost them and were spilt up via the draft as Ryder went to ECW and their is when he became the WOO WOO WOO KID & adopted the gimmick he has now. Since then he has fought for both the ECW & WWE championship belt losing both times. Also being in a 4 way for the US belt but came up short yet again. This le

Now a new faces at the helm, someone with experience & someone that can change with the times like Eric. His first change in May of 1993 was to get out of the Disney MGM Studios and go worldwide like his opponent. Also because of the crumy place they were in to save money were they would tape events months in advance having stars appear on camera with a belt they weren't suppose to win for months. This happened with Rick Rude NWA title win & it cause him not to be recognized as the champion it also happend with The Hollywood Blondes as they showed footage of them losing the tag belt to Pretty Wonderful (Paul Roma & Paul Orndoff). But instead of that they made it happend at Clash of Champions but instead them losing it they made Pillman get hurt, & Steven Regal replace him thus breaking up The Hollywood Blondes (Steve Austin & Brian Pillman) who were immensly popular tag team but still. Today's special day as i am back doing a show not a bday & not a ppv but an actual show i am talking about August 22nd 2005 Monday Night Raw. As that was the first time Angle fought Benjamin one on one in a very good mat based match. But that wasnt the hightlight of the show the main event was with stangly enough the "highlight of the night" Chris Jericho vs John Cena for the WWE Title. That match went 15 minutes and also showed that even though Cena defended, the title the night before he would be a fighting champion & because of how good the match was it added crediblity to the first time champions regin. Not many people know this but when Cena, debuted he didnt have the backing managment that he does now it took Chris Jericho putting him over cause he saw somthing in him. Vince didnt see somthing in him other than just another mid-carder but Jericho thought he could be bigger. Also back to that night Chris was leaving on that show so they decided to make it a l

This day 27 years ago a future WWE diva was born for those for you who dont know today is former two time Divas champion Eve Torres's birthday today. She debuted with the WWE in 2005 after winning the most recent diva serch most people didnt except much as they were juding it off of what past winners did which wasnt much. But she has got a lot better in the ring and has done more than anyone could have expected from her. She is now raped up in the one feud in the once great but now dimished divas division as from the eyes of creative they dont matter and cant have good matches which isnt true. Cause like eve their are many great women wrestlers in the WWE like beth, natalya, kelly, gail (not anymore), kharma. But the days of the divas divsion actually being apreciated are over because of the lack of talent it has at this point which is unforutuate for the people in it. But who knows cause as JR always said "anything can happend in the WWE" which is true and i hope it is f

Hardy too Much Party

Yesterday we found out that Matt Hardy got arrested on account of a DWI and what followed is a bad twist of fate for Matt. Earlier today the reports coming out that Dixie Carter has released Matt Hardy from his TNA contract. Debuting in Janurary of this past year at the Genesis ppv as apart of Immortal he fought Rob Van Dam. He won his debut costing RVD his shot at the World title again also tried to interfere in the world title main event but was stopped by RVD costing Jeff the match and the belt. The next episode of Impact he and jeff reunited against Anderson & RVD in a winning effort. Short and to the point Matt was a heel for his entire stay in TNA and apart of Immortal. On June 20th he was sent how from TNA until further notice for coming late to many events. Actually yesterday Matt got busted for a DWI the details of his release were not made public until this afternoon as Dixie thought it was best to send home permanetly. I also think the making of a certain youtube video h

This day is very exciting day for TNA as they moved from just another promotion to the alternative from the WWE. Because today they held a match that would become a staple for the company until now that is the Ultimate X match which invovled Michael Shane aka Matt Bentley vs Frankie Kazarian vs Chris Sabin. This match was the match that opened my eyes about TNA cause it was a match like the King Of the Mountain somthing the worldwide audience never seen before. If you have never seen an Ultimate X match well it was 6 steel truses with rope tied to them and the ropes meet in the middle to form an X that is also were the foam X or Championship is position. Killer name actually was Walter Kowalski he did have championship full career as he was more known as a trainer. Because he trained former muti-time world champion & wwe exec HHH, Chyna,Ron Zombie, Kofi Kingston, & former world champion Eddie Edwards. Also in his second gimmick he was tag team champ with big John Studd as apart of the Exocutioners managed by Lou Albano. He also chanllenged for the world title 4 times against Bruno Samartino & Buddy Rogers both on two occasions. Adam Cole Interview

Why did you get into the business? Adam: I was a huge wrestling fan growing up. There was one particular match, The Rock vs. Stone Cold at WrestleMania 17, that really made me realize this was what I wanted to do. I had goosebumps shoot up my spine that night, and I knew I needed to be involved in this. How did You get involved in the Business Adam: I went to the CZW Wrestling Academy, and trained under Jon Dahmer and DJ Hyde when I was 18 years old, and since then have never looked back. Who is your favorite person to wrestle? Adam: My favorite opponent has to be Steve Corino. I learned so much, and he is so good at what he does. Very willing to help out the young guys, and such a good human being. What is the difference in the way your booked in ROH as opposed to CZW? Adam: In ROH I am the young upstart babyface, and in CZW I'm an arrogant heel. It's a fun dynamic, and I enjoy getting to be creative in many different ways. Have you ever hoped to make it to WWE or TNA?  Adam:

Today was a very special event in the history of the WWE as it was the biggest party of the summer before it was called that i am talking about 1996. Why was that show special well because it the first time the people watching saw a match that would become a big part of the WWF during that time & it was Bolier Room Brawl. This match is simple really both guys get locked in a bolier room first person to get out the door wins the idea is to keep your opponent in it. Who else but the Undertaker & Mankind would or even could compete in the new match it saw Mick fall from a ladder through a box and get up after a while. He did come out on top after Taker's long time manager Paul Bearer turned on him after hitting him with the urn in the ring. Which was part of the stipulations in this match only as paul & taker both never participated in bolier room brawls again but Mick did particpating in the other 2 one against Big Show, the other vs DX. Shawn Michaels vs Vader was the ma

History of: WCW p2

The late 80's with a new owner and a new lead booker most would think WCW would finally turn their dismal finacial output around. That was the case for the most part their new booker Ric Flair who was also the world champion was at the helm. I know thats sounds like a bad idea but it wasnt as Nature Boy brought in Ricky Steamboat & Terry Funk to feud with him over the belt which helped the money situation improve for the WCW. The new owner Ted Turner helped boost the production output on the superstation cause he had the money this helped them spotlight stars like the Horseman, Scott Steiner, Sid Vicious, Sting, Brian Pillman & Lex Luger. Around now is when problems began in the booking seat with Flair the stars began to turn on him saying he doing thing for himself, or personal advancement like not dropping the title to Luger cause he promised it to Sting. Because of that Flair was removed as booker and Ole Anderson was put in instead the thing about ole was that he would

this day one year ago a man named Dos Caras i mean Alberto made his debut for the WWE on a smackdown taping from Bakersfield. After weeks of hype Alberto made his debut vs fellow mexican superstar Rey Mysterio defeating him with his cross armbreaker. As well won the world title after cashing money in the bank this past sunday beating punk after the return of Kevin Nash stund us all. The future is bright even at 34 for the mexican aristocrat as if he has done all this in a year imagine what he will do by the end of his career you have to wonder. Also wonder if the future hold del rio facing off with any of the other mexican sensation that wwe has on their roster like Sin Cara, Developmental stars Epico & Hunico also any others they may sign in the future. He has 4 regins as world champion but 2 of his regins are under the NWA affilation which is not the case therfore not counted with the other 2. Not many know this but Bob actually said he didnt want to drop the belt to hogan saying he would only drop the title to someone with amatur background which hulk didnt have so he drop it to Sheik instead. He then did not show up in the WWE again until 94 when he was in the mix of a feud with the Hitman over the WWE Title which he ended up winning at Survior Series in a thorugh in the towel submission match. Only to lose the belt to diesel 3 days later in the 8 sec non-televised match i spoke about before which it runs another di

Hennigan or Hennigone

The heat from this may have died down but thats the writers job to bring back into talks with people and this is one of those things. For those of you who dont know superstar John Morrison his real name is John Hennigan thats were i get this from. Well as of a week one dirtsheet report that wwe management is pissed at his Ex-Girlfriend Melina for tagging along with Morrison to wwe live events the weekend after she got released. They are also mad at John because he didnt say no so with his contract up in a few months things do not look good for JoMo to get an extension because of the past problems he has had. I may not have had a lot of girlfriends but i even know if one of them were preventing me from advancing in my career i would cut her loss unless it is my dream make it big in which are their. I think john has to do some serious think or Hennigan will be Hennigone. It would be good for some of the indy companies cause he is a talented star and can excel but just not in the same com

Post PPV Thoughts

Last night the biggest party of the summer was held in LA and it didn't disappoint for the most part. I was however more wrong then i was right with the predictions so i was disappointed and here is why. The first one was the divas match your building up Beth for weeks to make her look dominant again only to lose to Kelly in the long run it doesn't make sense. Next was Barrett vs Bryan this match i was not disappointed with one bit as it did a good job of making both guys look good which is what you want to happened when two future stars are in it. Now the world title match Orton vs Christian i hope even though christian lost it again that the feud is over cause it is boring there are other people on the show to challenge for it not just him & it makes me mad cause it ain't right. Finally the world title match now i know why they made punk win cause they didn't want "SUPER CENA" to lose the belt he just won to Del Rio after he cashed it in cause he is the

Gettin heat in Here

Over the past probably year i have heard backstage talk from TNA and now that i have this site i will i can express my opinion. I know it is late but i cant wait till tommorrow and since i havent posted alot over the past couple of days so this is to make up for it. I found out today that their was a heated argument between Russo & Hogan over the ending to the main event at Hardcore Justice which i think they went with Russo's idea. But they made uo on the next set of TV tapings, but that is only half the reason i wrote this the other half is Bishoff attracting heat up the wazu (cool word) from the wrestlers backstage they think he is ignorant, and snobbish said one dirtsheet. Because Bishoff wanted to retape the X-Division gaulet cause he didnt like it so now a lot of stars dont like it their as with this happening both things the morale has gone even lower. I have said this for a while Russo needs to go, so does Bishoff, & Hogan. They are occupying money that could be hel

PPV Predictions

SummerSlam With a few fillers on this card they seem to only care about the main event understandable but still you to hype all the matches know matter what and miz will be in one of the matches. a filler will probably kick off the show either invoving Miz, Del Rio, Ziggler or none of them Kelly Kelly (c) vs Beth Pheonix people say they love beth's new attitude and with her partner & crime its good to see which it is good to see the women getting hopefully more tv time. But its not true as i would rather have some hot women on TV fighting then all ugly women fighting & or men all the time so its good to see hot women fight to cause a lot of them have improved a lot since joining the WWE. I see beth winning cause of the push she is getting another filler or Mark Henry vs Sheamus if it is mark and sheamus then i see them having a decent match and in the end mark winning the match so they can continue to build him up as a monster Daniel Bryan vs Wade Barrett if given e

This day all the fans of this great sport were saddened to find that another wrestler had passed away and even worse another before his 40th birthday. As this wrestler was just 29 years old and had just gotten his job back with the WWE but was never seen and fired again. This mans name was Lance Cade a graduate of the Shawn Michaels Traning Academy which only 6 or 7 other can say that so that's special. First being called as Garrison Cade at first he was singles star managed by Coachman but things didnt stay that way for long as Cade started teaming with Mark Jindrak after politics screwed him over. They stayed a team until one of the drafts split them up and that also lead to Garrison going down south to reinvent himself this time as country boy. He teamed with Trevor Muller better known as Trevor Murdoch and it wasnt long before they won the tag titles from the Superheros for the first time. Over the next 3 years they were the best team in the WWE if not one of the best teams win

History of: WCW

Starting as the main territory of the NWA or JCP (Jim Crockett Promotions) the Mid-Atlantic region was the hottest territory in wrestling during the mid 80's. Until Vince JR who had been taking the household name to expand and kill the territory's having his only competition in the Mid-Atlantic he decide to buy their TV slot to take them out to. Well in the end Vince held for about two-three weeks but the first night still is known as Black Saturday but also Crockett brought it back for i think 1 million or something in that ballpark. What that money financed was the first Wrestlemania which was a huge success for the WWE or WWF at the time and things weren't good in the NWA. Even with top stars like Flair, Rhodes, Race, Funk, Horseman, Magnum TA, and others the NWA and crockett were still not measuring up to the WWF so what do they have to do. Well Crockett followed what the WWF did he merged with every company under the NWA banner making a national company now it was tim

His first belt came 2 years after he started and was a belt that he would become quite accustomed to, and that is the NWA Wildside Junior Heavyweight title which he won on 2 occasions throught his career. He then wins the ironman title in the CZW which is not belt anymore being unified a couple of years ago. Around that time he also started the first of 3 stints with ROH were he never held a championship belt but fought for many of the years. He

Today is happy day for some but a sad day for some as well because today 34 years ago for a company in florida this man made his debut he will go on to revolutionize this buisness his name Hulk Hogan. Trained by Japanese great Hiro Matsuda, hogan started in the CWFF (Championship Wrestling From Florida) fighting a man named *Brian Blair* in his debut match. Staying down in florida until former NWA champion Terry Funk introduced Hulk to Vince SR in 1979 and Vince loved him and thats were he became Hulk Hogan as prior to that he was Terry Boulder. His stint in WWE only lasted about a year before going to Japan and competiting for NJPW. Their he also became the first IWGP world champion off an accident as when he fought Antonio Inoki, he knocked him out or inoki got knocked out during the match to make it seem like he was suppose to win but he wasnt. He then returned to the states in 81 to start filming Rocky 3 against the wishes of McMahon who fired him for this defience. So he joined t

Who's Next or What's Next

THE NEWS STARTED SPEREADING LAST NIGHT like wild fire. Then a video surfaced from an autograph session that former world champion will be coming back to the ring before the end of 2011. His name is GOLDBERG GOLDBERG!!!!!!!! yes after 8 yrs out of the ring "Da Man" finnally wants to return. But were would he return to he said that if he was given the opinion to fight anyone he could he would say Steve Austin. But I dont see the WWE getting him for a sum of unless its for a Mania match & i dont see Austin competing again because of his neck. Also i think risks out way the rewards cause it would be able to be the match it could cause the fact Austin can only take a limited amount of bumps. So i dont see him in the WWE maybe TNA oh no excuse me i "mean" Impact Wrestling. Goldberg could be a good fit their to as he could help some of the younger guys get over while still having matches with Angle, Sting, Flair, Hogan, & anyother Vet TNA wants to bring in to waste

This day in Westling History

This day is an anniversary of a big event on the east coast, as the WWWF (World Wrestling Entertainment) as they brought to you Showdown at Shea 1980. Which saw the ending of the feud that made Larry Zybyzsko famous which was that between him & his trainer Bruno Samartino. This match was a Steel Cage Match & it was the highlight of the show or so people thought as this show was also the first time Hulk Hogan went one on one with Andre The Giant. I am sure your wondering who was the champion & was he booked well he was booked but going for the tag titles with Pedro Morales vs Wild Samoans. Which Pedro's partner was then champion Bob Backland and due to winning the match from his obligations as world champ they vacanted the tag titles from them. This show was a success as they almost sold filled Shea to capacity which was 57,200 something which with number for this show it may not seem like a lot but think about it with 36295. Since it was a non baseball event they had ch

Contract & Contact

With the first tv taping on the horizon ROH has been trying to sign many of their stars to new deals like Davey, Eddie, Roddy, Genrico, etc. They have however signed Tomasso Ciampa, Hass & Benjamin, Cole & O' Riley, as well couple of other people. Today the news broke that you should add another to that group and his name is Jay Lethel competing last at BITW for ROH is scedualed to challenge Genrico this saturday night for the TV title. Jay had competed for ROH in the past in 2003-2006 in which time he held the ROH Pure title, contend for the tag team with many different partners, as well feuded with top stars like Daniels, Punk, Joe, Hero, etc. Now that Jay is back what does the future hold for him in Ring of Honor you wont have wait to long as this Saturday night the future begins for not only Jay, not only the stars of the company, but for ROH as whole. Post PPV Thoughts

Last Night was the second annual Hardcore Justice ppv which saw only one title change hands which was the World. I must be getting better with guessing as i got 5 out of 9 right which is the most out the 4 ppv's i have predicted. Two matches surprised me how they ended the first was BFG series match with RVD vs Crimson. It surprised me because if you are trying to get crimson over with the fans then his match shouldnt end in DQ come on. I understand it seems like RVD maybe becoming a heel to feud with Jerry but still that could have been a good match, and put them another step closer to getting crimson over but nope i guess thats not what they want. The other match is Beer Money vs Mexican America why, not have Beer Money loss oh yeah cause they fired or broke up all their credible teams. Leaving them with Beer Money, the Brits & Mexican America in a once great division and its a shame to cause Bobby could be a good singles star but wont get the push he deserve till TNA breaks

PPV Predictions

TNA Hardcore Justice NO SPECIFIC ORDER JUST Listing i see them on the card BFG Series Match: The Pope vs Devon i think this will be the first match as they should seperate the series matches from each so their not one after the other. It seems like Devon is getting a slite singles push but i dont them pushing hard enough to keep getting wins so i see pope winning the match clean but a feud begining with not a heel/face one a face/face. Knockouts TT Match: Tara & Tessmacher vs Rosita & Sarita i see this being an average match not bad but not a show stealer either. Like first match i am torn but i would have to go with tara and Tessmacher winning cause they just won the belts and TNA is usually better about doing the frequent changes as oppose to WWE X-Division Title: Alex Shelly vs Austin Aries vs Brian Kendrick(c) this has the makings to be a real good match if given the time as all of these guys have the talent to go along time. Also if you are trying make the X-div serious

Ready Set Go Up

Richie Steamboat: 2nd Generation star good in the ring i have not seen him do a promo so i dont know but he is good enough to be promoted now and get by with his in ring skill Seth Rollins: one of the newest people to FCW but is one of the quicket rising stars in development winning the FCW 15 & a Former tag champion in about 8 months cant tell they like him. His ring skills are tops in the development and like richie he needs a little work on his promo skills Bo Rotundo: 3rd generation star son of Mike Rotundo, Brother of Husky Harris, Nephew of Barry Windum, & Grandson of Blackjack Mulligan talk about a lineage. One of the best in the ring down their of course being the world champion helps so if anyone comes up soon its him. Lucky Cannon:  One of the best people on ther mic down their.  I am well aware that he has been on NXT but still never up with the main roster. Maybe if the rumors are true and cole becomes a heel manager lucky could be his first client Byron Saxto

Fired is their more

Today the WWE Universe was shocked to find out 5 of their favorite superstars are longer with WWE them beinging Kozlov, Melina, DH Smith, Gail Kim, & Masters are all done with the WWE 4 getting fired but Gail quit. During their time Gail & Melina are both former Women's Champions but have both been baiscally in oblivion for the last few months. Gail has been vocing her opinion on Twitter about how she feels regarding how poorly the women's division is booked on TV. Lack of time, which also shows a lack of faith from the creative team baiscally the divas cant get ratings which isnt true at all. Melina lets put it in perspective she has appeared on Z True Long Island Story, more than WWE TV which i dont know about you but that says something in my book. Now regarding the men who got fired Masters, Kozlov, & DH well Kozlov was shocking the other two not so much. As Kozlov unlike the other has had some success him of course being a former Tag Champion with Santino but

Today we would like to wish a happy 51st Birthday to WWE Road Agent, former Triple Crown Champion in WCW & WWF Light heavyweight: Dean Malenko. Starting in early 1980's as a ref for the WWE but that wasn't his true calling as both his brother & father were already wrestlers. His true calling came in 1988 when he started wrestling in Japan with his brother Joe until Joe's retirement. His first major exposure in the states in his wrestling career wasn't until 1994 when he became the extreme shooter for the upstart ECW. Stayed in ECW for a year while only their for a short time he became a former 3 time TV champion fought in the match that Taz broke his neck in & torn the house down with Eddie in their last match. Moving down to Atlanta with the WCW were he, stayed from 1995-2000 winning the cruserwieght championship 4 times, Tag titles on 2 occasions and the US once making him a triple crown winner. This part of his career is when he officially became the ICEM

Revolution or Push

At this past Monday Night Raw a superstar did the impossible they outsold The Rock in T-Shirts sales who was it. Well it wasnt John Cena, Austin, Morrison, or Orton. It was the should be future world champion as Scott Stanford calls him the WOO WOO KID!!!! better known as the Long Island Iced Z; Zack Ryder. Yup all you nay sayers Zack old sold them all the kid did it who can he acredit that to who else but his broskis in the WWE universe. This past monday was also the debut of his new T-Shirt the Broski shirt so i guess that means WWE made the right choice making a new shirt. Also hopefully this helps them relize that Zack can be a top dog or a marque name and just because he got himself over doesnt mean they shouldnt push him. It should give them more ways to push him first thing they need to do is make his character more serious WWWYKI. Finally if you want laugh, wonder why, & have any doubts at all of Zack not beinging a future star cause of a lack of charisma then watch  Z True

Though many may not know about this promotion it is one of the top indy promotions in the buisness today next to Dragon Gate, Evovle, & ROH of course. The company is called FIP or Full Impact Pro which has been a company since their debut show in Floridia 8 years ago today. The show opended up with Hector Guerrero vs Aaron Epic which Hector won and started the show of good with a big win for a crowd favorite. During the show people saw familar faces like Gangrel, Kid Romeo (from WCW), Mike Graham, & future TNA star David Young. The show was Main Evented by 3 more familar faces in a match all of them are acustomed to a Hardcore Match. With Mike Awesome vs New Jack vs Justin Credible and Mike won sending the fans home happy seeing such a good match. FIP had a working agreement with ROH until 2009 then they switched to having that agreement with Dragon Gate currently. Dragon Gate is were their ex-booker Gabe Saplosky went after parting ways with the promotion in 2009. Though this

Good Godderez

As of last week TNA has sign a new talent his name is "Mr. Pec-Tacular" Jessie Godderez of Big Brothers fame they signed him to a developmental contract. I dont really know where he is since i didnt know TNA that they had a developmental facility but i guess the Team 3D Acadamey could be it cause somemany of their talents have been trained their and he makes another. I really dont know what to expect from him cause until i heard about this i didnt know who he was but know i do. Him not being the first celebrity to try and wrestle for TNA as they have had Jenna Morasca, & Danny Bonaduce fight for them on a few separate occasions each. But both werent really that good in the ring so Jessie really doesnt have to be that good just better than the other two which isnt that hard. Since Bubba Ray is training him i would think he would not be as bad the past celebs were in the ring for this company which means good things for TNA. Hopefully they take their time with cause this co
