WWE on the Hunt again

A few months ago I was ripping into WWE for taking stars from the Indy circuit namely El Generico and now they are at it again. This time WWE has their eyes on two known Indy stars in Sami Callahan & ROH's Mike Bennett. WWE has actually had their "heart" set on Callahan & Bennett especially for a while now and it finally looks as though something will be happening.

As of this writing it seems like of the two Sami is the closet to signing with WWE as just has to pass the Medical test and then they get into contract talks. Sami has become a top name on the Independent circuit in practically every company he has worked and has come a long way. Like most people on the scene I have followed a good portion of Sami's career and even I am afraid of how WWE will use I am very happy Sami may get the opportunity to make the big bucks. I am more disappointed that the Independent scene is losing another Great Worker like Sami. This hurts the Indy circuit because it takes time for talent to get established and become a good worker they need to work but if people keep getting snatched up it's going to start getting harder and harder.

Mike Bennett on the other hand is a different story he has been on the WWE's radar for a while now but it finally seems like things are starting to pick up between the two. The thing that's been holding them up was and still is Mike's Ring of Honor contract. From day one in ROH I have heard so many people say Mike is better served for WWE because he seems more like a WWE wrestler which I agreed with. But that shouldn't be a negative they should made it a positive by making that his gimmick and pushing him. It was not to be however and now he will not get pushed in ROH especially with the fact that most likely he is WWE bound.

For anyone wondering, Yes!!! I still feel the same way about WWE doing this as I always have and that's I think this is really wrong. The reason for that is in doing this WWE is making it seem as though they wait for Indy companies to make new stars just so they can take them. Is that smart by WWE I guess it is but is it good for the business as whole not at all. Because, WWE is shrinking the rosters of one Indy company namely ROH in a way hurts other independent companies also. But that's just what I think I also want here what you guys think. Please feel free!!!!

Also another story about this coming tomorrow WWE might be after another Indy star which if they get could have a crippling affect on a certain Indy company
