WWE Games Future is Dark

Over the last few months news has broke that Video Game Publisher for the WWE games THQ first filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection back a few weeks ago but now; They have been declared bankrupt. The selling of THQ to Clearlake Capital Group will be done as quickly as first expected because the judge overseeing the case would not permit the sale. The Clearlake Capital Group LLC. is an investment firm located in Santa Monica California. One of the reason the judge didn't let the sale happen because there are 10 potentially interested buyers only if there was time to peruse the books. It means the companies interested just want to check to make sure/see that THQ is profitable before attempting to buy it.
Also some Stockholders believe their is money to be made by selling some of the companies licences or businesses rather then a straight sale. Along with the WWE series THQ is responsible for the Sanits Row series, Homefront series, Spongebob series, Destroy All Humans Series, & much more. Now to a point like I usually say when rumors are evident I don't speculate. But to say that WWE games maybe one of the licences sold by THQ it is possible. Where they would sell any of these gaming licences to I don't know but I am sure we will find out. This also goes along with WWE being owned 45 million  dollars from THQ which is why many think WWE executives will be very active in this case to make sure they get their money.

Also word has it one of the potential buyers for THQ is Warner Brothers Entertainment. Now Warner Bros. has never done Video Games before but they have basically done everything else as they are probably one of if not the oldest and largest Media Conglomerate in the World.
