WWE Talent Raid Update
Sometime last week or so I posted about the fact that WWE is seemingly raiding independent companies for talent instead of finding new stars a developing them. They take the ones companies like DGUSA, ROH, Evolve, CZW, FIP, etc have spent time developing. Guys like Dean Ambrose, Chris Hero, Daniel Bryan, Luke Harper (Brodie Lee), CM Punk, Antonio Cesaro, Seth Rollins, & now add El Generico to that. But now I bring both good a bad news the good news is that the Briscoes will not be taking the tryout with WWE. But ROH TV champion & one of CZW's top up and comers named Adam Cole is going to take the tryout with WWE. That means there is a possibility that Adam could be leaving the Indy's for the WWE like so many have done before him.
Adam is the future of the Indy circuit or specially ROH and CZW, I mean at 23 he is already World Champion in two companies (PWG & PWX) & is also the current ROH TV champion. Even though it may seem like a good thing for Adam to leave the Indy's a good to WWE because he has done a lot on the circuit already. I am still not sure if WWE would use him right because of his age they may take there time pushing him like they are doing with Dolph and they may loss the opportunity. Also WWE should try and discover people that nobody knows about not people that are "Mainstream" Indy talents. I mean WWE has 3 academy's where they can find unknown talent and make them into what they want. The 3 places are Harley Race's company WLW, Afa's training academy the Wild Samoan's Academy & Booker, T's company he has in Texas and I forgot about Lance Storm academy up in Calgary. So WWE has no limit on places they can find new stars but they still go looking on the Indy circuit. Also they have Gerald Briscoe scouting college wrestling matches and signing amateur wrestler as well.
But once again I have said it before and will say it again WWE doesn't care who they take from where they just care if they guy has talent and can sell them money. But then they put the guy in a stupid skit it doesn't work and he ends up like Low-Ki. His career in WWE ends before it starts who knows but I got to say good luck to Adam Cole. But also WWE stay off the Indy circuit you have plenty of other ways to find talent thank you.
