WWE Releases Former ROH Star

Image
Kasius Ohno (aka Chris Hero) has reportedly been fired from WWE NXT. The former two time ROH and CZW Tag Team Champion, has been said to be making an upcoming appearance in PWS on November 16th and in PWG on December 10th. Hero also will be making appearances in many other promotions across the country. Hero had some problems with WWE Management this past July concerning his weight and physique which may be why he has been released. Hero was signed to WWE NXT back in 2012 and just came back from a hiatus before this release was announced.

He's Back He's Back Mr. Pacman Jones

Image
On Monday Dixie Carter released a youtube video stating that she got a call from a former World Champion stating that "He would be at Impact in Cincinnati." This got some excitement for the show up until it was released two days later that the returning World Champion actually was a former World Tag Team Champion Pacman Jones. After a brawl ended with Robert Roode and Kurt Angle was broken up, Bad Influence started to antagonize the Pacman Jones and his Bengals teammate DeQuin Evans. They eventually pushed both Jones and Evans, which got Jones and Evans to jump the rail. Bad Influence each attempted to execute a suplex on them , but Jones and Evans reversed the move with Scoop Slams , then celebrated in front of the hometown fans. Just so you know back in 2007 Pacman Jones was suspended from the NFL because of off field violations. After this got released, Pacman signed a contract to TNA Wrestling (but could not wrestler because of ...

Missed Oppurtunities: Austin V.S. Hogan Wrestlemania X8

In 2002 we saw the return of the NWO and they were brought into WWF/E by Vince McMahon because he said I want to destroy my creation so Ric Flair couldn't.                                               When they came to WWF they targeted the two biggest stars in the company, The Rock & Stone Cold Steve Austin. When the NWO first came back it was thought that Austin would face Hogan and Rock would face Kevin Nash. But Austin didn't like the idea of him facing Hogan because he thought he would have to put Hogan over. Because of that Austin v.s Hogan at WrestleMania X8 didn't happen and instead one of the most memorable matches in the Rock’s career happened when he faced and beat Hulk Hogan.           ...

History Lesson: WWE V.S. TNA

Image
In 2001 Vince McMahon bought wrestling by buying, ECW and WCW. WWF at the time had no competition, then TNA came about in 2002. Though they were not competition for WWF yet they would become competition in 2010.   On Jan 4th 2010 TNA and WWE Raw faced off on Monday and TNA pulled out all the ammo, as they had Jeff Hardy, RVD, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Scott Hall, and X-Pac come in. WWE countered with Bret Hart, so it was really hard to choose which show to watch, but in my case after I saw Bret comeback make amends with Shawn Michaels then I went to TNA to see RVD, Jeff Hardy and Hulk Hogan come in. So really in my opinion TNA was pretty equal with WWE, especially when AJ Styles was with Ric Flair and they formed Fourtune and then RVD won the title. Once TNA brought in the ECW Originals or EV 2.0 to have a feud with Fourtune TNA was starting a down fall, but I was still hook with Abyss saying the 10-10-10 surprise. At 10-10-10 I w...

Musician to buy TNA?

Image
As of now TNA's future may see Carter's involved in it as it seems the Carters will be selling majority ownership of TNA. This sell is coming after possibly one of the if not the worst year in TNA history, as TNA has been losing a lot of money via going on the road and not producing many live PPVs. There have been many rumours about who will buy TNA, some examples are, Jeff Jarrett, Eric Bishcoff, Viacom, WWE, and even Jake Roberts. But now it seems that the person at the top of the buyers list is Smashing Pumpkins Guitarist/Singer and owner of Resitance Pro Wrestling (out of Chicago) Billy Corgan. A Spokesperson for Corgan told Newsday this about Corgan buying TNA “There is no reason to comment on rumors. Billy is completely focused on Resistance Pro’s upcoming 2nd anniversary.” The Spokesperson never denied these rumors which doesn't mean Crogan is totally out of the Picture. That is because he has been reportedly meeting with TNA officials. Corgan also has reported...
