How I Would Book it WCW 1998: Part 5

As the road continues we move to the final week of January and things continue to grow and change as we progress with the year. As I mentioned previously things started off slow with the WWE installment before things started clicking for me as the installment came to a close. Now I hope for the same thing with this edition of the series as it would make things extremely more worth it. Below are some high points of the show:

- Tensions continue to mount between Hollywood Hogan & Kevin Nash

- Announcer's Give us an Update on Ric Flair's condition following Sold Out

- The Steiner's defend their newly won Tag Team Titles against Harlem Heat

- Bret Hart issues an Open Challenge to anyone on the WCW Roster and tells Macho Man to pay close attention

- Old Wounds are reopened as a once Prominent feud Main Event's Nitro for the First Time Since 1997

WWE Fast Lane: WWE Tag Team Title Match: (c) The Uso's vs Cesaro & Tyson Kidd As the Tag division gets smaller and smaller in my book the expectations of this match should be getting higher, because the smaller the division the more weight it puts on the shoulders of the teams in the division. I do firmly believe if they give this match the time it could be a good match, as these teams I feel have good chemistry in the ring with each other. I think Cesaro and Kidd walk away with the titles after Nattie turns heel helping Tyson & Cesaro win. Divas Title Match: (c) Nikki Bella w/ Brie vs Paige Though this has been like much of the diva feuds of the past with the fact that this feud has gotten a lot of TV time leading into this match. However, I still fear that WWE isn't ready to give the divas a good amount of time for their matches just yet. Spring Cleaning Coming Early!!!!

As of this writing there are rumors going through WWE that Zack Ryder could be on his way out of WWE not only with other people but he could be asking for his release in the very near future. As he has hinted on more then one occasion that he is frustrated with how WWE has been using him. At first it boiled over back in the Summer with the mid card guys but now since nothing has changed Ryder and others have adopted the "I don't give a s***" attitude when it comes to if they get fired or not. Once again I don't know everyone all I know is that it is a lot of the mid-card & divas who feel they are not being valued as good as they should be. Ryder has said it on his Youtube show Z True Long Island Story that WWE dropped the ball with him and that 2012 sucked for him. With the first tv taping on the horizon ROH has been trying to sign many of their stars to new deals like Davey, Eddie, Roddy, Genrico, etc. They have however signed Tomasso Ciampa, Hass & Benjamin, Cole & O' Riley, as well couple of other people. Today the news broke that you should add another to that group and his name is Jay Lethel competing last at BITW for ROH is scedualed to challenge Genrico this saturday night for the TV title. Jay had competed for ROH in the past in 2003-2006 in which time he held the ROH Pure title, contend for the tag team with many different partners, as well feuded with top stars like Daniels, Punk, Joe, Hero, etc. Now that Jay is back what does the future hold for him in Ring of Honor you wont have wait to long as this Saturday night the future begins for not only Jay, not only the stars of the company, but for ROH as whole.
